Sinus bradycardia. This P wave is upright in lead II followed by narrow complex QRS with a PR interval of ~ 0.16 sec. The atrial and ventricular rates are about 38 beats per minute (bpm) or was computed by using the small box method of 1500 / 39 (small squares).  Sinus bradycardia with a bundle branch block. This is lead II and V1. The P wave is upright in lead II followed by a wide QRS complex (QR pattern in V1) . The PR interval is 0.20 sec. There is one-to-one atrial to ventricular ratio at rate of about 56 bpm (1500/26 small squares). Home |
